Who We Are

Welcome to Play Date, Bondi’s only drop & go creche, conveniently located near Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction, for children aged 12 months and above.

We specialize in offering flexible childcare solutions that foster exploration, discovery, and imaginative play. Our Center Director, Michelle, is a respected Early Childhood Teacher and an Approved Provider accredited by the Department of Education. With extensive experience managing creche services across Sydney’s eastern suburbs and the north shore, Michelle ensures our facility meets the highest standards.

Our team, all with verified Working With Children Checks (WWCC), First Aid, and CPR qualifications, brings a wealth of local and international expertise to provide top-notch care in the Bondi area.

What We Offer Children

At Play Date, we provide a vibrant environment for kids indoor and outdoor play. Our space allows children to explore, experiment, and express their creativity under the guidance of skilled early childhood educators.

We offer a wide range of activities, from art and construction to fitness, music, science, and plenty of traditional play. Whether through hands-on projects or interactive games, our activities are designed to be fun and educational, making us a top choice for Bondi kids activities.

Session Times & Pricing

Exciting News: Monday Openings!

Starting November 11, 2024, we’ll be open every Monday for even more weekly fun.

Extended Booking Option: From the week of November 4, book a 4-hour block for added flexibility!

Session Times Monday - Friday:

Morning: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Afternoon: 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

You’re welcome to pick up your child at any time. Our weekly rate is $25 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours. We also offer a 20% discount for additional children—siblings, friends, or family.

Saturday Special: 9 am - 12 pm: Enjoy a discounted rate of $20 per hour with a minimum booking of 3 hours ($60 for one child, $100 for two)

What To Expect At Play Date

Each session at Play Date is exciting and unique!

While no two sessions are ever quite the same, our typical flow follows:

Outside Kids Activities
Goodbyes

During Choice Time, children have the opportunity to freely explore our learning centres and space.

They can choose from a variety of intentional learning activities - art, cooking, sensory, science, etc - that relate to the session's Shared Experience.

They can also explore our active play, dramatic play, construction, and cozy areas. They will be creative, solve problems, and get messy.

We even host surprise guests!
